Terms for customers: 

Owner reserves the right to use subcontractors/independent contractors Owner reserves the right to cease any and all work at any time for any reason. In the event of a dispute between customer and owner, all work will cease until a resolution is reached. Mediation without legal counsel must be attempted first. Customer agrees owner's records prevail in the event of a dispute. Customer agrees they have read, understand and accept these terms before work begins on or after the effective date. 

Terms for subcontractors/independent contractors: 

Any and all subcontractors/independent contractors agree that they are directly liable to the fullest extent permitted by law. The subcontractor shall indemnify and hold harmless the owner and general contractor for all damages, losses or claims that arise as a result, in whole or in part from the negligence, error, omissions, or failure to preform by the subcontractor, their employees or agents, to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

In the event of a dispute between owner and subcontractor, mediation without legal counsel must be attempted first. 

Any subcontractor is agreeing that they have read, understand and accept these terms before work begins on or after the effective date.
